Job summary

Expertise France is seeking an Innnovation and Space Ecosystem Coordinator to lead the private-sector and innovation ecosystem activities for the SO2 objective of the EU-PH Digital Economy Package in the Philippines.

You will drive partnerships, incubation, and engagement with startups, corporates, BSOs and the broader entrepreneurial ecosystem, coordinating external providers and ensuring alignment with strategic targets.

Responsibilities

• Define and steer the implementation strategy of SO2 and action plan.
• Translate strategy into annual and quarterly work plans and budgets.
• Identify required service providers and define technical terms of reference.
• Coordinate providers and ensure work quality and timely delivery.
• Lead the identification of private-sector user needs and business use cases.
• Advise the Project Leader on strategic orientations, risks and opportunities.
• Maintain regular dialogue with Philippine stakeholders to review strategy.
• Oversee budget execution and contract delivery in coordination with EF HQ.
