Job summary

Aurecon is hiring an Environmental Project Consultant to deliver environmental consulting services across a broad portfolio of projects, including infrastructure. The role involves providing technical solutions, developing client relationships, and ensuring regulatory compliance while supporting commercial objectives and sustainable development.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in environmental consulting, with DENR-EMB accreditation and experience in EIA/ESIA/ESDD, audits, and GIIP frameworks.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in environmental consulting, sustainability, impact assessment, or related fields.
• DENR-EMB-accredited EIA Preparer with experience in EIA/ESIA/ESDD and compliance audits.
• Experience in ESMS/ESDD audits and knowledge of GIIP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support environmental and social assessments and related analyses.
• Plan, supervise fieldwork, stakeholder consultations, surveys, and site assessments.
• Prepare and review technical reports, permit applications, proposals, and deliverables.
• Assist in project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Coordinate with clients, authorities, subcontractors, and partners to ensure timeliness and quality.
• Provide technical leadership on environmental, social, sustainability, and compliance matters.
• Mentor junior staff and support business development activities.
