Qualifications

• Experience as an Accounting Clerk or similar role.
• Fresh graduates welcome; willingness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Inventory reconciliation: match warehouse counts with ledger records.
• Cost accounting: track unit costs, landed costs, variances.
• Stock monitoring: identify slow-moving, damaged, or obsolete inventory and compute reserves.
• Financial reporting: prepare inventory roll-forward, turnover metrics, month-end journal entries.
• Cross-functional coordination: verify receipts, shipments, and purchase orders with warehouse, procurement and sales teams.
• Daily accounting tasks: data entry, invoice processing, and account reconciliations.
• Assist with permits, licenses, and regulatory documents as needed.
