Freedom Ventures x RunRemote
Most people who dream of becoming an entrepreneur never take the leap. Unless you have an idea, capital, customers, systems, a team, and often years of uncertainty, building a business from scratch is incredibly hard.
Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) – Work hours: Australia Business Hours. This role is not a traditional employee position but a future business leader with a founder mindset who will help build, grow, and ultimately lead RunRemote.
RunRemote helps startups and growing businesses hire exceptional talent from the Philippines, Latin America, and South Africa. We specialise in hard‑to‑fill roles and help businesses access world‑class talent at offshore economics. Foundations are already in place: proven business model, happy clients, established delivery team, growing reputation, large global opportunity, and significant growth runway.
While there is no single background, the strongest candidates will likely have experience leading growth within a business, unit, or startup that is larger than RunRemote today.
Experience in recruitment, staffing, outsourcing, global talent, or offshore services is welcomed but not essential. Strong commercial instinct, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a track record of creating growth are more important.
This opportunity is designed for builders. While there is a decent salary component, the real attraction is the opportunity to create significant long‑term value through ownership, responsibility, and growth. If your primary motivation is maximizing short‑term cash compensation, this probably isn't the right role. If you're excited by the idea of building something meaningful and sharing in the value created, we would love to hear from you.
