A leading banking institution is seeking a Head of Enterprise Risk to establish and implement their Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework. This role is crucial for ensuring robust risk identification, assessment, and reporting aligned with regulatory standards. Qualifications

• 10+ years of risk management experience in a banking environment.
• Experience with policy formulation and implementation.
• Strong working knowledge of BSP regulations.
• Hands-on experience in financial, operational, and compliance risk frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Banks ERM framework in compliance with BSP requirements.
• Identify, assess, monitor, and report risks across all areas of the Bank.
• Formulate and enforce risk policies, controls, and governance standards.
• Provide risk insights and recommendations to the CRO and senior leadership.
• Conduct stress testing and scenario analysis.
