• Based on the foundation and goals for English language learning among 19-year-old students, we tailor a one-on-one teaching plan for stages 0-1, encompassing listening, speaking, reading, and writing, to ensure that the content is systematic and coherent.
• In response to students' progress and feedback, we will flexibly adjust the program, introduce new materials, and employ various methods to stimulate interest in learning.
• We utilize a range of interactive techniques, such as scenario simulation, to assist students in overcoming hesitations in speaking and to enhance their fluency and accuracy.
• We focus on vocabulary and sentence structures, guiding students to use them correctly with the aid of English textbooks and other resources.
• We design and assign homework after class, supervise its completion, correct it, and provide feedback to reinforce knowledge.
• We regularly assess students' learning effectiveness through classroom observations, homework analysis, and quizzes to inform necessary adjustments in teaching.
• We maintain close communication with students to understand their challenges and needs, fostering their study habits and independent learning skills.
