Job summary

Spacey Design in Novaliches, Quezon City, Metro Manila, is hiring a Project Manager. This full-time role will lead and oversee complex engineering projects at our office, using strategic thinking and strong project-management skills to deliver successful outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience in engineering/advertising.
• Proven track record delivering complex multi-disciplinary projects.
• Strong technical understanding of engineering principles and PM methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with the team.
• Developing and executing comprehensive project plans to ensure timely completion.
• Allocating resources, managing budgets, and monitoring progress to identify and mitigate risks.
• Coordinating cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, graphic artists, and production workers.
• Providing regular updates and reporting on project status to PM Head and Clients.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing them to enhance efficiency.
• Ensuring projects adhere to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
