Job summary

Mang Inasal Philippines Inc. is seeking an Engineering Assistant Manager to oversee daily plant engineering activities, including supervision, analysis, and preventive maintenance of refrigeration, air, power, and steam systems.

You will drive TPM initiatives, uphold safety and quality standards, and implement energy-efficient improvements across the facility. The role requires a mechanical engineering degree, PRC license is a plus, and at least four years in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (PRC license is a plus).
• Minimum four (4) years in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of process equipment, refrigeration, ventilating, electrical power, water, steam, and compressed air systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily plant engineering activities and preventive maintenance.
• Lead development and standardization of plant systems; recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with internal/external audits (structural, environmental, safety).
• Support sustainability efforts on energy and resource efficiency.
