Job summary

RTX is seeking a mechanical/electrical/aeronautical engineer to create detailed 3D models and drawings, conduct design reviews, and ensure feasibility and manufacturability with cross-functional input. The role involves supporting customer technical reviews and driving process improvements while delivering projects on time and to high quality standards.

Candidates should have a relevant engineering degree, strong drawing interpretation, and proficiency with design software, Excel, and MS Office,

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical or Aeronautical fields.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings.
  • Proficiency in Excel and MS Office applications.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or with a team.
  • Experience using design software.
  • Clear written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

  • Create detailed 3D models and engineering drawings.
  • Conduct design reviews and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability.
  • Support customer technical reviews and provide engineering expertise when required.

What You Will Do

Qualifications You Must Have
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering - Mechanical, Electrical, Aeronautical
  • Knowledge in reading and interpreting drawings
  • Excellent Computer Skills, especially in Excel and MS Office Applications
  • Good team collaboration skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Knowledge in using design software
  • Effective oral and written communication skills in English.
