Job summary

FDC Utilities, Inc. is seeking a Project Development Analyst in Manila to support the evaluation and execution of power and energy projects.

You will gather technical, commercial, financial, and regulatory data, prepare documentation, and coordinate with stakeholders to advance project development initiatives. The role involves market research, due diligence, financial modeling inputs, and assisting with regulatory submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and strong technical foundation.
• Engineering license is helpful but not required.
• 1–3 years in project development, engineering, utilities, or energy sectors.
• Fresh graduates with related project or internship experience are welcome.
• Understanding of development processes, finance, and regulatory needs is preferred.
• Excel, Word, and PowerPoint proficiency is essential.
• Experience with MS Project/Power BI or financial modelling tools is advantageous.
• CAD software experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Gather, validate, organize, and maintain technical, commercial, financial, and regulatory information for projects.
• Conduct market research, benchmarking, and industry analyses on power/renewable energy.
• Assist feasibility studies, due diligence, and project evaluations with data compilation.
• Maintain project databases, documents, schedules, and trackers.
• Support during site visits, inspections, and meetings as required.
• Prepare financial model inputs, spreadsheets, tariff assumptions, and project data under guidance.
• Assist in preparing business cases, memoranda, reports, and presentations.
• Coordinate with DOE, ERC, DENR, NGCP, BOI, PEZA, LGUs, and other agencies; track regulatory developments.
