Job summary

CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP. is seeking a Data Analyst in Taguig City to design, develop, and maintain databases supporting business applications.

The role emphasizes data integrity, security, and cross-functional collaboration across energy and sustainability initiatives. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in energy or related fields, strong data analysis and reporting skills, and experience with Power BI, Smartsheet, and SharePoint.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience in energy sector or related field.
Experience with facilities management is preferred but not required.
Proficiency in data analysis and report creation.
Familiarity with SharePoint and other data management systems.
Experience with software automation processes such as Smartsheet and Power BI.
In-depth knowledge of database management systems (DBMS) such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, or MySQL.
Able to work on a shifting schedule, 6 days a week, weekends/holidays.
Can start ASAP.

Responsibilities

Accurate data collection and reporting across client sites and ESG data sources.
Verify utility bills against meter readings and contracts to identify cost savings.
Perform trend analysis on energy consumption and costs to identify opportunities.
Prepare detailed reports on utility usage, costs, and savings for stakeholders.
Collaborate on regional calls to ensure data quality and gaps are addressed.
Provide project management support to energy team to deliver initiatives on time.
