Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 1-2 years of technical experience or demonstrated technical aptitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows OS; familiarity with ServiceNow, Ivanti, Power BI, and basic scripting tools.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional work.
• Collaborative team player ready for training as needed.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the Endpoint Compliance Team within a global organization, ensuring enforcement of Information Security policies.
• Develop, maintain, and deliver KPI reports to management showing security posture and operational effectiveness.
• Establish and manage communication channels for vulnerability information to support groups and end users.
• Coordinate collaboration across support teams for security initiatives and projects.
• Drive and execute endpoint vulnerability remediation with timely, effective resolution.
