Job summary

WeConnect Technology Philippines Inc. is seeking a Logistics Manager to oversee daily logistics, distribution, warehouse, and delivery activities in the Philippines.

You will plan and optimize transportation across air, land, and sea, coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, and monitor performance against KPIs. The role requires a strong background in logistics operations, supplier management, and compliance, with leadership experience to drive continuous improvement in end-to-end

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in logistics, warehouse management, distribution, transportation, or supply chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of transportation planning, warehouse operations, inventory, and delivery management.
• Experience managing suppliers, logistics providers, and external partners.
• Experience monitoring KPIs and improving operational performance.
• Knowledge of logistics systems or transportation management systems.
• Good understanding of safety, customs, trade, and logistics compliance.
• Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Leadership experience and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Manage daily logistics, distribution, warehouse, and delivery activities.
• Plan and optimize transportation through air, land, and sea networks.
• Manage delivery planning, capacity planning, load optimization, and order fulfillment.
• Monitor inventory and ensure materials are available when needed.
• Track logistics performance, including cost, quality, delivery time, and service KPIs.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics service providers, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Identify logistics risks and develop contingency plans.
• Resolve delivery, transportation, inventory, and operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety, customs, trade, environmental, and company requirements.
• Prepare reports and use performance data to identify areas for improvement.
• Lead process improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Manage and support logistics teams and material handlers.
• Provide training on logistics processes, systems, safety, and ways of working.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure efficient end-to-end logistics operations.
