Job summary

Enshored in the Philippines is seeking a Security and Compliance Junior Analyst to strengthen our security posture and support compliance initiatives. You will assist in IT security assessments, audits, and risk evaluations, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve controls and processes.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience in IT audit or information security, a related bachelor’s degree, and professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, CRISC, CISA, or CompTIA

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in IT audit, information security, compliance, or related IT operations functions.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Professional certification in information security or compliance is highly preferred (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH, CRISC, CISA, CompTIA Security+).
• Knowledge of security frameworks, risk management, and IT governance principles.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support information security and compliance programs across the organization.
• Assist in IT security assessments, audits, and risk evaluations.
• Monitor compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and security standards.
• Identify security risks and recommend mitigation measures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve security controls and processes.
• Assist in preparing audit documentation, reports, and compliance evidence.
