Job summary

Xerox Philippines is seeking a Test Development Engineer for the Embedded Test Organization. You will design and execute automated and manual tests to validate firmware, embedded applications, and related solutions, impacting product quality and reliability used by customers daily.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science, plus experience in testing. Bonus for printer development or embedded systems experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and executing manual and/or automated tests.
• Programming or scripting skills are a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with the full product development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute functional, performance, reliability, security, and user-centric tests for embedded firmware and software.
• Create, review, and maintain test cases and documentation.
• Execute manual and automated test cases and track issues through resolution.
• Continuously improve test coverage and efficiency through automation and innovative solutions.
• Assess risks and propose mitigation strategies to ensure product quality.
