About the Role

As a Software Development Manager you will be performing the following tasks on a daily:

• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members.
• Mentor team members to enhance their skills and foster a collaborative environment.

About You

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Embedded Software
• Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Embedded Software.
• Additional Good to have skills: Experience with C# Programming Language, C++ Programming Language.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
• Proficient in debugging and troubleshooting embedded systems.
• Experience with hardware software integration.
• Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development tools.
• Amenable to work in Cebu City, Cebu
