Position: Email Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Research client websites and social media to create tailored email content.
• Write and design multiple variations of cold email campaigns.
• Craft subject lines, body copy, and CTAs while avoiding spam triggers.
• Handle technical setup (domains, mailboxes, TXT records, DMARC, DKIM, SPF).
• Warm up email accounts and monitor domain health.
• Use Apollo for lead generation and campaign sequencing.
• Track and improve open, click, and response rates.
• Share weekly performance reports with clients.
• Stay updated on cold outreach trends and best practices.

Qualifications
