Job summary

Heidi Chef Solutions LLC in Quezon City, Philippines is seeking an Estimation Engineer to design and prepare cost estimates for ELV projects across BMS, CCTV, PA/BGM, fire alarm, structured cabling, home automation, and HVAC control.

You will review specs, perform BOQs, develop tender documents, and coordinate with sales, project managers, and clients to ensure accurate proposals that meet technical and budget constraints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronic, Computer, or Electrical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in estimation/design in the ELV contracting industry.
• PE license or relevant certifications preferred.
• Experience with AutoCAD for drawings and PlanSwift/Bluebeam for takeoffs.
• Familiarity with BIM (Revit) and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Review project specs, drawings and technical documents.
• Perform detailed quantity take-offs and prepare BOQ.
• Design ELV systems: structured cabling, home automation, AV, network, HVAC.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates including material, labor and overhead.
• Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Develop comprehensive proposals and tender documents.
• Participate in client meetings and site visits as needed.
• Maintain records of estimates, proposals, and related docs.
