Qualifications

• Proficient in AutoCAD and technical drawings.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to conduct site inspections and attend project meetings.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop BMS and ELV systems including CCTV, Access Control, FDAS, PA, Intercom, and structured cabling.
• Conduct site inspections and review project requirements and specifications.
• Prepare system designs, schematics, floor plans, single-line diagrams, and shop drawings.
• Prepare equipment specifications, cost estimates, and design proposals.
• Coordinate with clients, manufacturers, Sales, and Project teams.
• Attend technical meetings, pre-bid meetings, and manufacturer trainings.
• Provide technical support during project implementation and ensure design requirements are met.
