About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Electronic Technician to join the team at ZC Kings Manpower Cooperative. This is a full-time position based in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As an Electronic Technician, you will play a crucial role in the installation, maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of electronic equipment and systems. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the reliability and optimal performance of our electronic infrastructure, contributing directly to the operational success of our organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair electronic equipment, components and systems in accordance with technical specifications and safety standards
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and electronic faults using appropriate testing equipment and diagnostic tools
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on electronic systems to minimise downtime and extend equipment lifespan
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics and wiring diagrams to understand system designs and requirements
• Replace defective components, circuit boards and electronic parts following established procedures
• Test electronic systems and equipment to verify proper functionality and performance against specifications
• Document maintenance activities, repairs and technical findings in maintenance logs and reports
• Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to resolve complex technical issues
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and company protocols when working with electronic systems
• Assist in training junior technicians and sharing technical knowledge within the team

What we're looking for

• Certification or diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
• Proven experience as an Electronic Technician or in a similar technical maintenance role
• Strong understanding of electrical circuits, components and electronic systems
• Proficiency in using testing and diagnostic equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes and logic analysers
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics and wiring diagrams
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to diagnosing faults
