Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. seeks an Electronics Bench Technician to diagnose, repair, and test electronic equipment in our Pampanga lab. You will assemble components, calibrate instruments, and collaborate with engineers to support product development.

Applicants should have strong circuit knowledge, proficient use of oscilloscopes and multimeters, and the ability to read schematics. Safety and quality are emphasized, with opportunities for growth and recognition through performance

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Electronic Bench Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of electronic circuits and components.
• Proficiency with diagnostic and testing equipment including oscilloscopes and multimeters.
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and manuals.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with soldering and assembly techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electronic equipment and assemblies.
• Perform routine maintenance on laboratory electronic devices.
• Assemble and test electronic components and systems.

• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance.

• Troubleshoot circuit boards and electronic modules.
