Sodexo On-Site Services Philippines, Inc. is seeking an Electromechanical Technician to install, inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electromechanical equipment. The role ensures safe, efficient, and reliable operation while minimizing downtime.

You will read schematics and drawings, perform preventive maintenance, document repairs, and collaborate with engineers and maintenance staff. On-site work with potential shifts and overtime may be required to support operations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Electrical Technology, Mechanical Technology, Mechatronics, or a related technical course.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Experience in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting is an advantage.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and mechanical drawings.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and testing instruments.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Willingness to work on-site, shifting schedules, or overtime when required.

Responsabilités

• Install, maintain, inspect, and repair electromechanical equipment and machinery.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical circuits, motors, control panels, sensors, pumps, and other equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical problems involving bearings, gears, belts, shafts, and other machine components.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
• Conduct equipment testing and ensure proper operation after repairs.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify potential mechanical or electrical failures.
• Assist in equipment installation, modification, and commissioning.
• Maintain maintenance records, inspection reports, and repair documentation.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other maintenance personnel.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
