Job summary
Sumisetsu Philippines Inc. is seeking an electrical technician to lay out pipes and wires for lighting, telephones, fire alarms, and paging systems. The role installs and terminates wires for lighting, receptacles, and panels, and measures voltage and insulation resistance with a multi-tester.
The position requires at least a high school graduate and an NC2 certificate, with 2 years of related work experience. Attendance at welding-based fabrication for supports is also included in duties.
Qualifications
- Basic electrical installation and wiring knowledge.
- Ability to lay out pipes and wires for lighting and communication systems.
- Experience with panel boards wiring and termination.
Responsibilities
- Lays out pipes and wires for lighting receptacles, telephones, fire alarms, and paging systems.
- Installs and terminates wires for lighting, receptacles, telephone, fire alarms, and paging systems.
- Lays-out pipe, cable tray, and wires for panel boards.
- Installs panel boards and terminates wires inside panel boards.
- Performs voltage and insulation resistance measurement using multi-tester.
- Fabricates support for panel boards, lighting fixtures, and other electrical equipment using a welding machine.
