Job summary

You will perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on electrical systems, lighting, outlets, and control panels.

You will troubleshoot malfunctions, support standby generators and emergency power systems, and ensure compliance with local codes and fire safety policies.

Responsibilities

• System Maintenance & Repairs: Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on electrical wiring, circuits, outlets, switches, breakers, and lighting fixtures.
• Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Diagnose and resolve electrical malfunctions promptly to prevent downtime in resort and hotel operations.
• Equipment Support: Maintain power panels, standby generators, emergency power systems, and specialized resort or kitchen electrical gear.
• Safety & Code Compliance: Ensure all electrical works adhere to local building codes, safety standards, and fire/life safety policies.
• Documentation: Keep accurate maintenance logs, service reports, and repair records.
