Job summary

C&C Enterprise Phils., Inc is seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician in Cebu, Philippines to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems for garment manufacturing equipment. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot breakdowns, and ensure safe, compliant operation of production machinery.

You will inspect panels, wiring, lighting, and control systems, assist with installation of new machines, and maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, wiring, machines, and equipment in garment manufacturing facility.
• Perform preventive maintenance of electrical systems, production machines, motors, and control panels.
• Troubleshoot electrical problems and respond promptly to machine breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
• Conduct regular inspection of electrical panels, wiring, outlets, switches, lighting systems, and other electrical components.
• Assist in installation and commissioning of new machines and electrical equipment.
• Ensure proper electrical connections and safe operation of garment production machinery.
• Perform electrical repairs and replacement of defective components such as breakers, switches, relays, contactors, sensors, and wiring.
• Monitor electrical systems and identify potential hazards, defects, or equipment failures.
• Maintain accurate records of electrical maintenance, repairs, inspections, and replacement of parts.
• Follow company safety policies, electrical standards, and workplace safety procedures at all times.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, and other departments regarding electrical concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the work area and electrical tools/equipment.
• Respond to emergency electrical issues and perform corrective actions as needed.
• Perform other electrical maintenance duties and tasks assigned by the supervisor.
