Job summary

Allegro MicroSystems, Inc. seeks a meticulous Technician to ensure quality and efficiency in semiconductor manufacturing.

You will perform electrical test verification, support CI initiatives, and help maintain SOPs across QC and test processes. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or a 3-year technical/vocational qualification and at least 1 year of hands-on experience in semiconductor or manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering, or a 3-year technical/vocational qualification.
At least 1 year of hands-on experience in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

Uphold SOPs and 5S; ensure quality and accountability in all activities.
Support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives and process improvements.
Perform electrical test verification using Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and manual setups; validate against Test Specification limits.
Gather CI verification data and generate reports for MRB/NCR and trend analysis.
Assist with equipment setup, calibration/correlation, and troubleshooting for CI-related failures.
Provide sustaining support to check inspection operations and coordinate with FA-Laboratory for valid electrical rejects.
