Job summary

J-K Network Services is seeking an Electrical Shift Engineer for our Philippines operations. This onsite role leads daily electrical and mechanical system activities during the shift and coordinates with technicians.

Responsibilities include monitoring parameters, performing preventive maintenance, conducting root-cause analysis, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes. A bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and relevant certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• Professional certifications in Electrical Engineering desirable.
• At least 2 years of hands-on electrical maintenance in industrial settings.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot and read schematics.
• Experience with PLC/HMI/SCADA systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of electrical and mechanical systems during shifts.
• Monitor parameters and respond to malfunctions or power failures.
• Execute preventive maintenance and root-cause analysis for recurring breakdowns.
• Manage and schedule shift technicians and tradespeople.
• Ensure safety compliance with LOTO, Permit-to-Work, WHS standards and electrical codes.
• Document shift activities and maintenance in plant systems.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (B.S. or B.E.)
• Valid professional certifications or licenses in Electrical Engineering.
• 2 years of hands-on electrical maintenance experience in industrial/manufacturing settings
• Strong proficiency in troubleshooting, diagnostic testing, schematic drawings, PLC/HMI/SCADA systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, crisis management, and team coordination skills.
