AboitizPower seeks an Electrical Engineer for IPS Support (project-based) in Cebu. You will provide cross‑functional project execution, management, and technical support across multiple concurrent operations, helping optimize delivery and ensuring safe, compliant projects.

You will collaborate with IPS team, suppliers, and stakeholders to deliver results, contribute to community impact, and develop skills in a supportive environment. Field work in Cebu may be required as project needs arise.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Willing to perform field work in Cebu as project needs arise.
• Highly trainable, fast learner, and adaptable to supporting multiple concurrent project demands.
• Basic knowledge or exposure to power systems, electrical testing, site safety, or equipment maintenance is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and participate in project maintenance, electrical testing, civil works, and solar installations in Cebu
• Collaborate with service providers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of equipment
• Prepare site evaluation reports, as‑built plans, test results, and technical documentation
• Maintain 100% compliance with governance policies, safety protocols (SHE), and electrical standards
• Identify process improvements and adapt to agile load-balancing across concurrent projects

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Oversee and participate in project maintenance, electrical testing, civil works, and solar installations in Cebu
• Collaborate seamlessly with service providers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of equipment and smooth project transitions
• Prepare site evaluation reports, as‑built plans, test results, and technical documentation for engineering studies and design updates
• Maintain 100% compliance with internal governance policies, safety protocols (SHE), and relevant electrical safety and compliance standards and regulations
• Identify process improvements and adapt to agile load‑balancing across concurrent projects as operational demands shift

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
