Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, 2–5 years of relevant experience, and an REE certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in electrical design, installation, or project management.
• Registered Electrical Engineer (REE).
• Proficient in AutoCAD, ETAP, Dialux, and other relevant engineering software.
• Knowledgeable in electrical codes and standards (e.g., PEC, IEEE, IEC).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects.
• Willing to travel and work in various project sites.
• Willing to work in Bay, Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical systems for building, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
• Prepare plans, specifications, calculations, and technical reports.
• Ensure designs comply with codes, standards, and client requirements.
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other disciplines.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Analyze system performance and recommend improvements.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Evaluate new technologies and propose innovative solutions.
• Ensure all electrical works comply with safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct site inspections and risk assessments.
• Promote a culture of safety and quality.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documents and records.
• Monitor project progress and submit reports to management.
• Manage revisions and updates to drawings and specifications.
