Work Arrangement: Site-Based (Onshore / Mainland)

Job Summary
We are seeking an Electrical Engineer Associate to support the execution of a wind power project. This is a site-based role, focused on transmission line and onshore electrical works for renewable energy projects. The role will provide hands‑on engineering and site support throughout construction and project execution, ideally for candidates with solid experience in wind and/or solar power developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide site-based electrical engineering support for transmission lines, substations, and onshore electrical systems.
- Assist in the review and implementation of electrical designs, drawings, and technical documents in line with project requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth execution of site activities.
- Support electrical installation, testing, and commissioning works on-site.
- Monitor electrical works to ensure compliance with approved plans, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Prepare site reports, progress updates, and required technical documentation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least five (5) to eight (8) years of relevant experience in renewable energy or power infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience in transmission line and onshore/mainland electrical works.
- Solar and/or Wind project experience is highly preferred.
- Strong ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
