Job summary

Optimum Refrigeration Systems Solutions Inc seeks a Design & Project Engineer (EE) to design, estimate costs, and manage electrical systems for refrigeration projects. You will coordinate with engineering and sales, and prepare electrical specifications and equipment schedules.

The role requires an Electrical Engineer license, advanced Excel and AutoCAD 3D skills, and willingness to handle site documentation and pre-bid activities in Laguna, Muntinlupa, Las Piñas or Cavite areas.

Qualifications

• Licensed Electrical Engineer with current professional license.
• Preferred: updated driver's license.
• Familiar with MS Excel functions (IF, VLOOKUP).
• Skilled with AutoCAD Design (3D).
• Residents of Laguna, Muntinlupa, Las Piñas or Cavite area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages sales inquiries and project detailing accurately as assigned by the immediate superior.
• Assists in the development of HVAC/R projects that involves securing site documentations including flow diagrams, details, electrical specifications, equipment schedules, tools requirement, labor, and other direct costs.
• Attends pre-bid meetings as required.
• Studies and reviews scope of electrical works, electrical plans and electrical specifications with contract conditions prior to installation work.
• Coordinates and helps the needed departments/person in charge for deliverables from procurement, site inspection, project commencement, commissioning up to full turnover of operations to the client.
• Conducts safety inspection at site periodically and directly supervises the leadman and foreman.
• Maintains the department filing for assigned projects.
• Other duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.

The position is responsible for the design, cost estimation, development, and project management of electrical systems in the offered refrigeration systems solutions by the company.

Job Requirements

• Licensed Electrical Engineer
• With updated drivers’ license. (preferred)
• Familiar with MS Excel functions (IF function, VLookUp, etc.)
• Skilled with Autocad Design (3D)
• Applicants with at least six months related experience and residents of Laguna, Muntinlupa, Las Piñas or Cavite area are preferred.
