Job summary

Mace is seeking a qualified site professional to coordinate electrical work packages on our projects in the Philippines. You will ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery, while collaborating with contractors and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate holds a recognised construction qualification with CSCS or local equivalent, SMSTS/SSSTS, and is pursuing CIOB membership. This role offers hybrid working options where suitable within the site-based workload.

Qualifications

• Recognised construction qualification (NVQ, HNC, HND, degree or equivalent) with relevant CSCS card.
• Good understanding of construction methods, drawings, programme management and progress tracking.
• Knowledge of health, safety and wellbeing standards, including SMSTS/SSSTS certification.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills; working towards CIOB or equivalent membership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assure quality of electrical work packages for safe, compliant delivery.
• Monitor site progress, record data and track completed works against programme.
• Foster collaborative relationships with contractors, subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Support progress reviews, inspections, quality audits and improvements.
• Promote safety through inductions, inspections and reporting.
• Use digital tools and processes while supporting net zero and sustainability goals.
