Job summary

East Asia Utilities Corporation is seeking an Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer to maintain electrical and control equipment, performing preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure continuous operation.

You will work with the Maintenance team to implement system improvements for protection and ease of operation, focusing on SCADA/PLC and safety compliance in an on-site setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed engineer required with relevant discipline and certification.
• 2–3 years experience in power generation or allied industries.
• Experience with maintenance of electrical/instrumentation systems including OT/SCADA/PLC.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and instrumentation equipment including OT/SCADA/PLC as directed by the E&I supervisor.
• Conduct condition-based monitoring and log findings into CMMS (e.g., Maximo).
• Inspect auxiliary electrical equipment on a regular interval.

• ConductspreventiveandcorrectivemaintenanceactivitiesonallelectricalandinstrumentationequipmentincludingOperationalTechnologies(OT)notlimitedtoSupervisoryControlandDataAcquisition(SCADA)andProgrammableLogicController(PLC)asdirectedbytheE&ISupervisorinaccordancewiththeMaintenanceprogram.
• Conductscondition-basedmonitoringprogramsasspecifiedinWorkInstructionsandinputthemintheComputerizedMaintenanceManagementSystem(CMMS)whichmaynotbelimitedtoMaximo.
• Conductsroutineinspectionofauxiliaryandotherelectricalequipmentonaregularinterval.
