Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics) or a related field.
• 2–5 years of EHS experience in electronics or semiconductor manufacturing environments.
• Solid knowledge of occupational health and safety principles, risk assessment, and hazard control.
• Strong familiarity with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and hazardous chemical/waste management practices.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence, engage, and drive accountability across teams.
• Effective communicator with strong written and verbal English skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in planning, implementation, and continuous enhancement of EHS programs at Cavite site.
• Drive and sustain compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 through audits and corrective actions.
• Promote a proactive safety culture by engaging employees and integrating EHS into daily operations.
• Lead risk management activities including hazard identification and risk assessment.
• Partner with site leadership to advise on EHS risks and best practices.
• Oversee contractor management and permit-to-work systems to meet safety standards.
• Manage incident and near-miss reporting with root-cause analysis and preventive actions.
• Support business continuity plans and emergency response drills and readiness.
