Job summary

Expedock is seeking participants for a project-based data collection initiative conducted remotely. You would record yourself performing everyday household chores to help train AI systems, with compensation of $3 per approved recording hour.

No prior data-collection experience is required; you only need an iPhone 12 or newer, a willingness to follow guidelines, and to submit recordings for review. A recording headset is provided with reimbursement, and payouts occur twice per month.

About the Project

We are looking for individuals to participate in an Egocentric Data Collection Project by recording themselves performing everyday household chores and activities.

The collected video data will be used to support the development and training of AI systems designed to understand real-world human activities.

This is a project-based engagement, not a part-time or full-time employment opportunity.

What You'll Do

• Record yourself performing everyday household chores and activities, such as cooking, cleaning, washing dishes, organizing, and folding laundry.
• Follow simple recording instructions and project guidelines.
• Ensure recordings meet the required quality and content standards.
• Submit completed recordings for review and approval.

Equipment

Data & Privacy

Participants will be asked to record and submit video footage of themselves while performing household activities. Submitted recordings and participant information will be collected, processed, stored, and used for purposes related to the AI data collection project, subject to applicable data privacy laws and the project's privacy guidelines.

Participants should avoid intentionally recording other individuals or capturing sensitive personal information during recording sessions.
