Job summary

John Clements Consultants, Inc. seeks an experienced education partnerships leader to identify and develop opportunities across government agencies, schools, and industry partners in the Philippines.

The role works with DepEd Central Office, regional offices, and CASIO’s education teams to align programs with regional and global objectives, plan large-scale initiatives, and monitor implementation and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Education, Mathematics, Educational Management, or related field.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience in education, including program management and curriculum implementation.
• 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• More than 2 years of teaching experience at secondary/high school level, preferably in Science subjects.
• Strong understanding of the Philippine education landscape, Grade 7‑Senior High School.
• Professional network with DepEd Central Office, Regional Offices, or educational organizations is an advantage.
• Experience coordinating large-scale education programs and teacher training.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and develop new education partnership opportunities with government agencies, educational institutions, professional organizations, and industry partners.
• Develop strategies, programs, and partnership plans aligned with CASIO’s regional and global education objectives.
• Work with CASIO headquarters teams, education partners, DepEd Central Office, schools, and regional headquarters to align program direction with ground implementation.
• Plan and implement large-scale education programs and partnerships across the Philippines, including teacher trainings and model school initiatives.
• Support nationwide and region-wide education initiatives, events, and training programs in Mathematics education, Assessment, Technology integration, and Grade 7 to Senior High School.
• Monitor program implementation, participation, progress, and feedback from schools and stakeholders.
• Gather insights to support continuous improvement and refinement of education programs and strategies.
• Prepare education-related reports, presentations, implementation updates, and proposal materials.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with education stakeholders, government agencies, schools, and partners.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely implementation of programs and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including CASIO headquarters teams, education partners, DepEd Central Office, schools, and regional headquarters, to ensure alignment between program direction and ground-level implementation.

• Plan and implement large-scale education programs and partnerships across the Philippines, including teacher trainings, competitions, model school programs, and other education initiatives.

• Support the development and execution of nationwide and region-wide education initiatives, events, and training programs, particularly in:

  • Mathematics education

  • Assessment

  • Technology integration

  • Grade 7 to Senior High School education

• Monitor program implementation, participation, progress, and feedback from schools and other stakeholders.

• Gather insights and feedback from the field to support the continuous improvement and refinement of education programs and implementation strategies.

• Prepare, consolidate, and maintain education-related reports, presentations, implementation updates, and proposal materials.

• Build and maintain strong, positive working relationships with education stakeholders, government agencies, schools, and implementation partners.

• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure the effective and timely implementation of education programs and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Education, Mathematics, Educational Management, or a related field.

• 8–12 years of relevant experience in the education sector, particularly in:

  • Educational program management

  • Curriculum implementation

  • Teacher training

  • Assessment initiatives

  • Education program development

• At least 3–5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.

• More than 2 years of teaching experience at the secondary/high school level, preferably handling Science-related subjects such as:

  • Mathematics

  • Physics

  • Chemistry

  • Biology

  • Other Science subjects

• Strong understanding of the Philippine education landscape, particularly Grade 7 through Senior High School.

• Established professional network with DepEd Central Office, Regional Offices, Division Offices, schools, universities, or educational organizations is a strong advantage.

• Proven experience in coordinating or implementing large-scale education programs, teacher training programs, nationwide initiatives, or similar projects is preferred.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, coordination, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work effectively with both local and regional/global stakeholders.
