The ideal candidate is a pop culture-savvy, digitally fluent content enthusiast who embodies the Cosmo Girl lifestyle and is eager to learn the ropes of digital publishing—from production and content creation to platform strategy and brand execution.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow in media—not just as a writer or content creator, but as a well‑rounded editorial professional with exposure to events, celebrity coverage, digital tools, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Writes clear, effective copy that fits the voice of the brand
• Social media savvy

The Editorial Assistant is expected to produce content in these formats: article and art card text, for the website and social media properties, respectively. This person will also monitor reliable sources of information (official company releases, details from event coverage, legitimate social media channels).

The Editorial Assistant may also be asked to assist senior editors for any content production initiative.

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduate or with up to 1 year of experience in editorial, digital media, content creation, or related fields
• Can write quick‑turnaround short articles every day on entertainment, pop culture, and K‑culture—with strong angles and clean copy
• Confident, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with celebrities, sources, and partners
• Strong communication and coordination skills; team player with a go‑getter mindset
• Willing and eager to learn how to produce editorial shoots (logistics, coordination, and on‑set support)
• Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends for events or shoots
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and can follow instructions while taking initiative
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, basic video/photo editing tools, and social media platforms (TikTok and IG expertise are a big plus!)
• Good taste and instinct for what appeals to the Cosmo Girl audience
