Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Economics with strong macro-fiscal focus.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven track record in high-quality analytical work.
• Experience delivering Development Policy Operations.
• Strong policy dialogue and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support macroeconomic policy dialogue with government authorities and partners.
• Prepare Development Policy Operations (DPOs) and Analytics and Advisory Services (ASA).
• Contribute to macro poverty outlook and country strategies.
• Engage with CMU and MTI team for policy reform programs.
• Collaborate across sectors to integrate economic analysis into portfolio.
