Job summary

We are seeking a Sr. Ecommerce Product Manager for a fast-growing US-based company to lead PH web strategy and on-site optimization. This role offers remote/on-site work at Gateway Tower, Cubao, with a focus on establishing PH operations and strong career growth.

You will own end-to-end product delivery, collaborate with US stakeholders and the PH team, drive A/B testing, and monitor KPIs like conversion rate and AOV to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, ECommerce, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience owning a product roadmap end-to-end from opportunity identification to shipped feature.
• Experience with agile/scrum, including writing sprint-ready requirements for engineering.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce KPIs such as conversion rate, revenue per visit, AOV, bounce rate, search metrics.
• Experience with A/B testing methodology and experimentation programs.
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships (Merchandising, Marketing, Engineering).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the PH Web Management team lead; coordinate priorities, workload, and output across the web team functions.
• Own the web optimization roadmap: intake requests from US stakeholders, triage, prioritize, and translate into actionable work items.
• Write requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for all web changes; ensure sprint-ready requirements for engineering.
• Bridge between team and engineering; manage handoffs, clarify requirements, and track delivery through sprint cycles.
• Partner with Merchandising on promotional campaigns, seasonal initiatives, and category-level merchandising on-site.
• Own the experimentation roadmap with the Analyst; decide tests, sequence experiments, and communicate results.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market benchmarking to inform the roadmap with management approval.
• Onboard and ramp PH team hires; establish team processes, rituals, and cadence with the US team.
• Ensure all output ties to measurable business outcomes (conversion rate, RPV, AOV, search success rate) and company goals.
• Other duties may be assigned to accomplish objectives.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying problems and opportunities.
• Ability to present rationale and recommendations clearly to senior leadership.
