Job summary

Heidi Remote is expanding its Growth team and seeks a hands-on performance marketer to own campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Native, Amazon and marketplaces.

The role runs campaigns, tracks metrics, and collaborates with product, growth and creative teams to drive sales. Remote from the Philippines with collaboration across international markets.

Qualifications

The role

You will build and support the ecommerce projects for Heidi Remote across Meta, Google, TikTok, Native, Amazon and other channels and marketplaces.

You will run the ad accounts and support growth marketing projects across teams to drive product sales across digital channels. You will look after tracking, product feeds, landing pages and any other items that will drive growth across various channels and markets

This role sits in our growth team and will collaborate with other teams in the organisation as needed.

What you’ll do

1. Plan campaigns and offers with the Growth team. Build the calendar of offers, bundles and promotions.

2. Run performance marketing campaigns. Hands on the accounts across Meta Ads, Google Ads, native (e.g., Outbrain), TikTok Ads and Amazon Ads

3. Set up and help optimize marketplaces like Amazon.

4. Creative support. Brief UGC, product photography and video with the creative and design teams.

5. Collaborate with partners and manage projects. Work with affiliates and key partners to drive l sales.

6. Report with clean numbers on spend, CPA, ROAS, AOV and GMV.

What you'll need

• Hands-on performance marketing experience across Meta, Google and TikTok Ads and other ad platforms.

• Experience setting up and running marketplace stores, like Amazon etc.

• A record of planning campaigns and offers.

• Good knowledge of ecommerce metrics: CPA, ROAS, AOV, etc.

Nice to Have

• Startup or tech industry experience.

• Physical product ecommerce experience.

This role is remote from the Philippines, with your hours overlapping the Australian business day so you can work live with the growth, product and creative teams. Highly preferred in or near metro Manila.
