Qualifications

• Experience in building e-commerce channels, partnerships and distributor networks is an additional advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end operations across all platforms.
• Ensure consistent customer servicing across all platforms.
• Identify and grow new e-commerce channels.
• Manage relationships with platform partners and distributors.
• Develop strategies to grow traffic, conversion, and sales.
• Work with Brand Marketing on campaigns and promotions.
• Align with Supply Chain for fulfillment and stock availability.
• Track and analyze performance metrics for actionable insights.
• Optimize stores for visibility and conversion.
• Supervise e-commerce personnel for performance improvement.
