Job summary

VA Masters, a well-established jewelry brand in the Philippines, seeks an organized E-commerce Operations VA to manage online store and marketplace channels daily. You will oversee order processing, listings, promos, and product preparation for the customizer, with light code edits and Photoshop tasks.

Qualifications

• Solid hands-on experience managing a Shopify store (orders, products, site content).
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central, including listings, inventory, and issue resolution.
• Comfortable making light code edits to product pages and templates (HTML/CSS or Shopify Liquid).
• Working proficiency in Photoshop for product image preparation.
• Experience processing e-commerce orders and generating shipping labels or airway bills.
• Dependable, detail-focused, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication skills for customer support and team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Process Shopify and Nordstrom Marketplace orders, generate airway bills (AWBs), and keep stock levels accurate.
• Handle customer inquiries and give friendly, timely support.
• Watch over the website so everything works properly and keep the homepage updated.
• Manage promo codes across the site, including abandoned cart flows and product page promo code updates.
• Re-arrange collections and support new product uploads to the online store.
• Add and maintain product listings on Amazon and Nordstrom Marketplace, including descriptions, inventory shipments, and clearing listing flags or documentation issues.
• Update shop links, images, and product mapping across Meta Commerce Manager, the Shopify Shop App, and TikTok Shop.
• Prepare product images in Photoshop for our website customizer and code new customizer products in coordination with our developer.

Job Summary:

We're a well-established jewelry brand looking to add a highly organized E-commerce Operations VA to keep our online store and marketplace channels running smoothly every day. The role spans order processing, website maintenance, product listings on Amazon and Nordstrom Marketplace, social shop management, and product preparation for our website customizer. The right candidate is meticulous and tech-comfortable - equally at home processing orders, making light code updates, and working in Photoshop.

Key Responsibilities:
