This full-time position requires a High School graduate, physical fitness, and a willingness to learn. Responsibilities include preparing surfaces, mixing paints, applying coatings, inspecting work for quality, and maintaining the workspace and tools. The role is on-site in Cainta with a schedule from Monday to Saturday and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High School or Senior High School graduate.
• Experience in painting (automotive, industrial, or similar) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of spray painting tools and techniques is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with good hand control.
• Physically fit and able to work in a production environment.
• Willing to be trained.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer.
• Mix and mix paint colors based on required specifications.
• Apply paint using spray guns and other painting tools.
• Ensure smooth, even coating on e-bike frames and components.
• Inspect painted items for defects and perform touch-ups when needed.
• Maintain and clean painting tools and equipment regularly.
• Follow safety procedures and proper use of protective equipment.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
