Job summary

Development Strategists International Consulting Inc. is seeking energetic event booth staff to engage attendees, demonstrate products, and generate quality leads at major exhibitions in Quezon City.

You will set up and dismantle booths, maintain a tidy stand, and collaborate with marketing teams to capture visitor information and follow up after events. A confident communicator with stamina for long shifts, flexibility for irregular hours, and willingness to travel will excel in this role.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; marketing/communications/business degree is a plus.
• Experience in event marketing, retail sales, brand promotion, or customer service.
• Confident, charismatic public speaking with strong listening and messaging adaptation.
• Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and use event registration/lead retrieval software.
• Physical ability to stand 8–10 hours and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Willingness to work irregular hours and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Booth Setup and Dismantling: Transport, assemble, arrange display booths, promo materials, signage, and product samples; break down safely.
• Audience Engagement: Welcome attendees, answer questions, build rapport, maintain an energetic booth.
• Product Demonstrations: Conduct clear, compelling presentations and live demonstrations of features and use cases.
• Lead Generation: Use badge scanners/CRM apps to collect and tag contact information; note key visitor needs for post-event follow-ups.
• Booth Maintenance: Keep the exhibition space clean, organized, stocked with brochures, and visually appealing.
• Competitor Research: Observe industry trends and note competitor offerings to share with marketing teams.
