Job summary

Chong Hua Hospital in the Philippines seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to lead rehabilitation plans, using exercises, massage, and protocols to improve mobility and function. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care and optimize outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy, PRC license, and a minimum of 3 years of hospital experience, with BLS and strong communication skills in Visayan/Tagalog; English ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• Valid license in Physical Therapy with PRC.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in Physical Therapy, hospital setting preferred.
• Experience in healthcare industry is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to build professional relationships.
• Current BLS certification.
• Proficiency with general office software (MS Office 365).
• Excellent communication skills in Visayan/Tagalog; English advantageous.

• Plan and implement treatment and rehabilitation programs for patients.
• Evaluate patients’ physical condition and psycho-social needs.
• Collaborate with medical personnel to customize intervention plans.
