Job summary

MediCard Phils., Inc. is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to support rehabilitation programs in Cebu. The role focuses on restoring function and preventing disability following disease, injury, or loss of a body part.

You will prepare patients for rehab procedures, perform therapy using exercises, massage, heat and other modalities, monitor progress, and educate patients and families on home exercise programs while ensuring rehab equipment is well maintained.

Qualifications

• Background in physical therapy core practices.
• Experience in rehab modalities and exercise programs beneficial.
• Strong communication and patient education skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement physical therapy programs to restore function.
• Prepare patients for rehab procedures using exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Monitor and document patient progress throughout therapy.
• Educate patients and families on proper care and home exercise plans.
• Maintain and inspect rehab equipment regularly.
