Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a Sales Merchandiser in Pampanga to ensure in-store presentation, stock levels, and promotional execution. You will monitor shelves, compile inventory reports, and support sales targets.

The ideal candidate has merchandising experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a proactive, goal-oriented mindset. You will analyze customer feedback and conduct competitor pricing reviews to forecast demand.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that shelves of assigned store are properly stocked and displayed.
• Handles the assigned store's inventory levels and creates inventory reports for the monitoring of the sales performances of products.
• Monitors sales, losses, stock wastage and damage.
• Pushes products in-store to meet sales targets.
• Participates in marketing events.
• Reviews and reports customer feedback to supervisors to forecast sales trends and stock demand.
• Conducts competitor analysis including pricing, profit, marketing and progress.
