Job summary

DWS Manila is seeking an Associate in Corporate Accounting to support revenue and investments accounting, including fee calculation, invoicing and settlement, as well as Balance Sheet Substantiation and management reporting.

You will work with a team to ensure accuracy and timeliness, with structured training and exposure to audit activity. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accountancy or related field, SAP knowledge a plus, and strong Excel and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or finance-related with accounting courses.
• Experience in financial and management reporting or analysis is beneficial.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• A team player who can also work independently.
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to improve productivity and decision making while applying good judgment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform and review finance and accounting processes on revenue and investments including fee calculation, booking, invoicing and settlement.
• Handle analysis for Balance Sheet Substantiation (BSS) and the Flash process.
• Manage and support management reporting and ad-hoc requests.
• Provide support for internal and external audit requirements.
• Support delivery of project requirements.
• Identify and resolve operational issues; coordinate with peers to meet deadlines.

For this role, you will be supporting the team in performing validation and control function as well as Fee calculation, Booking, Invoicing and settlement, Balance Sheet Substantiation process (BSS), Management reporting, including ad hoc reporting and requests. You will also support the Asset Management business. It is critical in ensuring that the sub-ledger systems and subsequent reporting platforms are accurate, complete, and timely released through performance of reasonableness check, trending analysis, exception management and understanding of control environment.
