Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management in Quezon City is seeking a Company Driver & Warehouse Assistant to support delivery and warehouse operations.

You will transport rental items safely, assist with loading and unloading, keep vehicles well maintained, and perform warehouse duties when not delivering. The role requires a valid driver’s license, 3+ years driving experience, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Valid Professional Driver’s License, restriction codes 1 & 2.
• At least three years of driving experience.
• Experience driving four-wheel vehicles and 15-foot trucks.
• Familiar with Metro Manila routes and navigation apps.
• Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Physically fit and able to lift and move rental items.
• Able to follow instructions, schedules, and checklists.
• Reliable, honest, responsible, and safety-conscious.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport rental items, equipment, and personnel.
• Follow assigned delivery, pull-out, ingress, and egress schedules.
• Assist with loading, unloading, event setup, and pull-out.
• Check and properly handle items during delivery and collection.
• Keep company vehicles clean and in good working condition.
• Conduct basic vehicle checks and report repair or maintenance needs.
• Complete delivery records, checklists, and other required documents.
• Follow traffic laws, safety rules, and company policies.
