Job summary

Mindsync Business Solutions OPC in Makati seeks an on-site driver for full-time duties. You will report directly to the President and be responsible for vehicle upkeep, daily inspections, and regulatory registrations. The role requires 1-3 years of experience and a High/ Senior High School education.

Work six days a week with a 7 AM to 7 PM schedule, stay-in at the Alabang address, and receive a food allowance as part of the arrangement, plus clerical and logistics tasks as directed.

Responsibilities

Directly reporting to the President.
Maintain daily vehicle maintenance reports and ensure proper vehicle upkeep.
Conduct daily end-of-day vehicle inspections and report issues.
Facilitate registration of vehicles with government agencies.
Coordinate with President regarding vehicle maintenance.
Follow company safety policies and regulations.
Drive and transport authorized personnel, clients, or guests as needed.
Work six days a week, stay in at 1 Kentucky Drive Alabang 400 Village, Muntinlupa City; 7 AM–7 PM or as needed.
Take clerical and logistics tasks as instructed by the President.
Take verbal instructions from authorized personnel.
This agreement may be terminated for justifiable causes; other tasks may be assigned.
